Our Story
Mike and Ross met in college at Radford University back in 2010 and quickly became best friends within our first semester. After college, in our early twenties, we discovered our shared passion for investing and the importance of it to secure a comfortable future.
The conversation about real estate investing between Mike and Ross became more frequent when Mike acquired his first condo in 2016. There was always a vision of partnering up to venture into real estate together, and in 2019, we made the decision to take our first step by collaborating to purchase a property in Wesley Heights.

Ross has a background in healthcare sales since 2015, specializing in the medical device and software industry. Personally, he has a deep passion for travel, both domestically and internationally, often staying in short-term rentals. This firsthand experience has given him a keen understanding of what constitutes a great stay.
Between 2016 and 2022, Ross spent a significant amount of time on the road as a medical professional. This experience allowed him to appreciate the essential elements that make a stay enjoyable. These insights have been integrated into our services to cater specifically to traveling professionals

Mike has a background in Commercial Real Estate where he worked as a Vice President from 2014-2020. Mike's near obsession in Commercial Real Estate lead him to become an expert in the market and became a strategic partner for his clients he represented. He specialized in tenant and buyer representation.
During 2020 Mike was forced to make change due to Covid and the downturn in Commercial Real Estate. He pivoted his career into medical device sales where he found success then transitioned into selling software on an enterprise level. This broad experience consisting of 10 years of sales experience allows come up with solutions to the toughest challenges.
